In fact, when you use Google Chrome in 64bit you will benefit from a more useful memory management that is not the case with 32bit.
If we want to treat the subject of the system side, a 32bit system can handle jusqu'à4Go RAM while a 64bit system can handle up to 512GB; it also depends on the performance of the motherboard and processor of course.
